BURN is the ultimate high-energy conditioning program. Simple but potent movements. Combining body weight, cardio and weight lifting. If you're interested in results, aerobic capacity and fast paced training BURN is the program for you!
HOW IT WORKS.
BURN incorporates Myzone Heart Rate Technology. Wear a chest strap that tracks time exercising, heart rate and calories burned.
The strap communicates wirelessly with the Myzone phone app and a monitor at the front of class. Wear your strap (or a loaner strap) and you will be added to the display. The display depicts your exercise intensity based on your heart rate and personalized zones.
The result – an effective workout at the perfect intensity level, every time.
