The dieting industry has taught us to eat less and move more. It's taught us to jump from one diet to the next only to end up more confused than we were when we began.
Cutting out food groups, swapping ingredients in recipes, skipping meals - now called intermittent fasting - and following super low calorie diets that have us binge eating at the end of the week.

I'm here to change the story. To help women get healthy as f*ck without crazy dieting schemes so that more women can live in their true confidence.
I am Kat Feeney, former diet obsessed caring only about the number on the scale and being the skinniest girl in the room > turned health obsessed, with a side of m&m's, ultra runner and casual athlete.
