I'm Molly Courtney

Welcome! I'm so glad you are here and considering joining me for one of my upcoming health talks. I have been coaching for 16 years, have a BS in Exercise Science and hold national certifications in Health Coaching, Personal Training and Guiding Mindful Change. After realizing they don't deliver sustainable change, I gave up meal plans and strict exercise programs to become a Diet Rebel. I help people to discover their purpose and goals so they can take inspired action toward them.  I listen and support what is successful and  do this by listening, and supporting what is working for them and by identifying and resolve roadblocks and by using powerful requests and accountability. 

I am seriously obsessed with sitting in a room with people and brainstorming health goals! It is my passion, and I come alive as a coach when speaking in front of small groups.  I hope you'll join in on the fun by attending one of my upcoming health talks this spring. These are not like your dry high school health classes, they are participant driven and conversational because I believe the only way to create lasting change is to make it personal.  Think of this more like sitting down with a highly qualified professional for some coffee, yummy food!
