This is why I created the Start Where You Are program.

This is a course created for stay-at-home moms looking to bring more healthy balance into their lives at their own pace, in their own way, and actually maintain it for the long haul, aka practicing #stickwithitness. We focus on moving away from extremes and yo-yoing back and forth.

This isn't something you will start and then stop after a few weeks. This isn't something that tells you to "be more positive and set goals for yourself" and leave it at that. The focus of this program is to dive way deeper. We will get uncomfortable and we will take a look at our daily triggers and behaviors, and then use evidence-based methods to make the changes we want.

This program was created to be a life-long course. It contains tools and information that can be applied anytime, anywhere, and for as long as you need them. And it is proven to work.

How is the program delivered?

All of the course content will be fully accessible online starting January 1st, 2018.

Weekly emails will also be sent, highlighting important topics from the course content. All discussion will take place within our closed Facebook group to help us all engage and learn.

Who Am I?

My name is KrysAnn and I am an ISSA certified fitness trainer, group fitness instructor, and PN1 nutrition student. I've been blogging about nutrition and fitness since 2010, and I am also a toddler mom. After becoming a mom, my fitness and nutrition flipped 180 degrees. I suffered from postpartum depression during my son's infancy, and I felt like an alien in my postpartum body. I have struggled with self-image (all my life really), but especially since becoming a mother.

I know the feelings of stress that come along with being a parent and feeling like your life is no longer your own. You can lose a lot of your identity, and it can feel like any control you once had has flown out the window. I've been there. But I'm here to tell you that you can get control back, and that you don't have to be on this journey alone!

I am here to help you find sanity and balance.

My goal with this coaching group is to bring you back into your own groove at a sustainable and effective pace. Everyone has a different path, and I want you to find the method that works best for you. I can help you reach your goals.
