Sometimes ago I visited a museum in London. And while breastfeeding my youngest son, I was enjoying a funny, free of charge, spectacle. Crowds of people sliding on the marmoreal floor couldn't find the toilet. They would see a sign at the beginning of the corridor, follow it with decisive pace and then stop, puzzled because the grey door with the human figure attached to it, was not there.
It was a simple miscommunication error. I wrote to the museum about it and then wrote a reflection and some tips to avoid making similar mistakes. That's how this dispatch was born: from daily observations on communication and marketing. It comes out every Monday but please don't call it a newsletter!
