Hello! I’m Kathleen, a work-from-home mom to 2 beautiful girls!
Back in 2015 when I became a mom for the first time, I used to look at other moms and wonder “wow, they’ve got it all together”. I didn’t have friends with kids the same age so I didn’t really know how to create a routine that worked. I felt like all I could think about was how messy my house was or how much I have to get done. One day I decided to try something ... so, I started making 1 small change to my daily routine and I’ve been working on it ever since!
In the beginning I struggled with the overwhelming feeling of everything that I thought had to be done. I tried making a routine out of my many sticky notes and knew what I wanted to do but just couldn’t fit everything into my day. I felt stuck in the autopilot of my everyday routine, putting everyone’s needs and priorities above my own (and of course my health took a back burner).
Slowly, I realized my goal should be centered on prioritizing my health. To make sure I stayed in the mindset I needed to be in that allowed me to make my health a priority on a daily basis. I continue to make daily plans, prioritize my tasks, see the positive in every situation, and take daily inspired action steps to reach my health goals.
I have full confidence in myself that I will be a happy and healthy mom and that I can handle any obstacle with confidence and ease.
So, I decided to create an online course about my journey because I know that I’m not the only mom out there with the never-ending to-do lists.

With over 20 years’ experience in healthcare, I have assessed and rehabilitated athletes of all levels of sport and helped many amazing individuals within the private healthcare setting to create sustainable healthy lifestyle routines.
While working and starting a family, I also pursued my career and completed a Masters in Health Studies to further my knowledge and understanding of the healthcare system and a passion for preventative strategies in the healthcare field.
