My name is Alka Chopra and I am a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Educator.

Yes, I do plan my weekly meals. I also believe that everyone should be planning their weekly meals, just like their vacation.

To me meal planning is like an investment for our healthier and active future.
