Yes! Your week is planned! Meals are laid out, including recipes and a grocery list. All you have to do is shop! (Or set up a click & collect order) 

This plan includes 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 5 dinners, and 10 snacks.  All meals take 30 minutes or less to prepare, so you spend less time cooking and more time enjoying your food!
