A Fresh Take on Self-Care for Female Mental Health Clinicians:

The '4 C's' Approach

As female mental health clinicians, taking care of ourselves is an integral component to being the best version of who we are, whether that be at work or in our personal lives. The almost 2-year pandemic has certainly only amplified the need to regularly attend to our own self-care, yet this continues to be difficult for many of us.

In this free 1-hour webinar, we’ll be sharing how we’re REDEFINING self-care for female mental health clinicians - because self-care is so much more than bubble baths and massages!

Join us to learn more about our 4 C’s approach, which highlights what we believe are key pillars of successful and sustainable self-care:

Connection, Compassion, Courage, and Creativity

We hope that in recognition of Psychology Month and all that mental health providers do for others, you will carve out 1 hour to join us and do something for yourself too!

When:

Friday February 25, 2022 from 12 Noon to 1 pm Central Standard Time

Who:

Dr. Karen Dyck and Dr. Melissa Tiessen, co-founders of Intentional Therapist, and other like-minded female mental health professionals across the country.

How:

Just sign up below and on the day of the webinar we will send you the zoom link to attend.  You are welcome to keep your camera off (but we would be happy to see your face as well!).  A recording of the session will also be shared after the event with everyone who registers.
