Course Overview
Everything you need to know about Alexa in 5 days. Learning is a mix of short videos, articles, step-by-step instructions, printables and Pinterest pins. All designed to be easy to dip in and out of as your confidence grows.
Day 1
Getting Started
We're here to help you get started with voice assistants. We’ll talk over the device options and differences in each of the speakers. We’ll also show you the help guides on our website.
Day 2
Basic Commands
Today we'll take you through some of the basic commands and tips. A really important aspect is security. You’ll learn about how to stay safe and protect your privacy.
Day 3
Communications
Day 3 is all about the communication features. We’ll show you how to make calls and use the Drop in function.
Day 4
Extra Features
You’ll learn about some of the extra features that Alexa has, including linking to your calendar, creating lists, reminders and routines. In the evening we’ll be live on Facebook, where you can ask us anything about your devices and how to set them up and get the best out of them.
Day 5
Skills
We round up the course and show you what skills are, how to use them and some of our favourite ones to try.
