Having yoyo dieted for most of my adult life I started to find it harder to get the weight off as I hit my late thirties and decided I needed to do something to get the weight off one more time and keep it off for good.
I enrolled on a course and learned everything I could about nutrition. I qualified as a Nutrition Advisor and then after more studying became a Weight Loss Coach. Then I discovered Intuitive Eating!
