Will there be recordings of the live sessions if I can't make it?

  • Yes! And not only will you get the replay but you'll have lifetime access.  
  • However, you'll get the most from the programme if you can make the lives as often as you can.

In what format will the programme be delivered?

  • Online and live via zoom and Facebook

When will I get the 2 live bonus 1:1 Sessions?

  • As soon as the 8 week Hashimoto's & Hypothyroidism Weight Loss Programme starts we'll discuss mutually agreeable dates and times within the 8 week schedule and get them booked in!

How does the extra bonus 1:1 Session work?

  • It's designed to be taken after the initial 8 week programme has ended (but before the end of 2023) to keep you on track with the changes and hold you accountable. The dedicated Facebook group will also remain open for this extra period, so you'll also still have your accountability buddy too and the resources inside the group, including me! That's 12 weeks support for the price of 8!!

Is there anything I need to do before the first live session?

  • You'll need to weigh yourself and take measurements prior to each live session.
  • Before your 30 minute 1:1 Food Diary Analysis session you'll need to complete and submit a food, mood and symptom diary. 

      How much weight can I expect to lose?

      • That's very individual, some lose quicker than others depending on things like gut health, liver and adrenal function, etc. 
      • On average Kate lost 4lbs a week in the first 4 weeks and then   1-2 lbs a week after that.
      • I lost 3 inches from around my waist in less than 2 months.
