Hi I’m Dr. Saudia and I am a vulnerability coach.  Wait...what's that? Sure anyone can be trained to be a relationship coach.  But from my 10 years of experience working with couples and singles improve their relationships, I have found that people most often struggle with how to get the love they want from their relationships.  Sometimes, even causing them to be fearful of loving again because of being hurt...again.  That's where I come in.  I help you build strength and comfort with vulnerability. In the end, you learn how to love without fear.

Let's face it, love can be difficult.  Not everyone had parents who sat them down to teach them how to love.  If you're like me, you needed a little help. Whether working with singles or couples, I teach people how to become comfortable with emotional vulnerability and expressing love thereby positioning themselves to make their current or next relationship their best relationship.
