Roz Fraser

Roz has been vegetarian for over 14 years and mostly plant based for the last 5+. After her culinary training in Dublin, she went on to study plant based cookery with Rouxbe Cooking School. She is a certified Nutrition and Health Coach and teaches her clients how to thrive on a plant based diet. Roz has travelled around the world learning about plant based food in places like India, Thailand and Bali. She currently resides in Northern Thailand.
