This is how I used to meal plan...

This is how it goes for many households...

The kids are starving, you don't have anything prepped, and you end up going through the drive-through last minute just to get them to stop yelling that they are starving and don't want canned soup.

Not that I have ever done that... đźĄş

Before I started meal planning, this was what it was like for my family 4 to 5 days a week.

Rushing out the door to get the kids to their after school activities, forgetting to grab snacks or not enough time to even make them a peanut butter sandwich.

I don't want to even begin to think about all of the money that I have wasted as a result of my poor meal planning!

$20 at McDonald's here

$7 on gas station chicken sandwiches there...

$10 on cake pops at Starbucks (hey...don't judge)

I think you get the idea.

That is why I put together the Frugal Family's Guide to Saving BIG on Groceries!

In this guide, I share my best tips and tricks on how to effectively meal plan without feeling overwhelmed.

Don't be that parent!

(I am secretly judging you...j/k)

Be the mom who other mom's glare at because even while working full-time, you somehow still manage to send your kids to their activities with healthy, home-made snacks and dinners (GASP!).

Niki, Mother of 4...

As a mother of 4 I dreaded the daily conversation that is; “what is for dinner?...I don’t know, what do you want?...I don’t know what do we have?” I have looked at many meal plans, tried doing my own, and still ended up not following it. The best thing about this meal plan is that is has EVERYTHING I need to make it work for me and my family! Not only the templates and printouts that I have searched for but also the tips and strategies to make it my own! One of my favorites was the idea of keeping my family favorites in one place! I love the inventory list, and it has helped reduce my monthly budget hundreds of dollars, because instead of just trying to remember if I have something, I actually KNOW if I do or not, which saves me money! This meal plan, fits my family, my life, my budget, and my kid’s choices in meals (which let’s be honest, that is really the most important!). It has been amazing for my family and my sanity!
