From Wednesday 25th to Sunday 29th November, receive every morning by email a 20 minutes yoga or meditation practice that will help you calm your mind.
On Saturday, 28th November at 11.00am, you will be invited to a LIVE call in the Facebook group that will cover the impact of your lifestyle on your anxiety and stress level and suggestions to create a lifestyle that will support your emotional wellbeing.
You will also get access to a private Facebook group to share your experience and ask any questions you may have.
In 5 days of yoga, mindfulness and lifestyle tips, you will break free from your anxious mind and embrace a positive New You!
Overcoming my anxiety was my goal when I first started doing yoga. I was near burnout at the time, with a very young baby in tow.
