    How will I access the sessions?

    All the sessions will be done via zoom. The links will be sent 24 hours before the beginning of the retreat

    What do I need for the retreat?

    You will need a yoga mat, some cushions and a blanket, as well as some water.

    You will also need an internet connection and either a computer or a tablet to access the sessions.

    I've never done yoga before, is that ok?

    Absolutely, all the yoga and meditations are going to be really accessible to all levels and ages. When I started doing yoga, I definitely wasn't flexible!

    What if I can't make all of the sessions?

    The replay of the sessions will be available within 24 hours of the actual sessions, so you will be able to catch up on anything that you have missed.

    Lifetime access to all the replay is included in the price of the retreat so you can revisit the sessions as many times as you like.
