Maybe you've already identified you want help, but you're on a long NHS waiting list and are itching to get going right now!
SOUNDS LIKE THIS GROUP COULD BE JUST WHAT YOU NEED!
What if you could learn more about your own particular brand of ADHD? - because as you may or may not be aware, everyone's ADHD is not exactly the same.
What if you knew a few key tools you could use to help yourself have an easier life?
What would life be like if you were more focused on the positive sides and strengths contexts of your self with ADHD?
What difference would it make to have tried and tested strategies available to use whenever you need them?
And what would it be like to meet others with ADHD, discover what life is like for other people like you, and learn what tools and strategies they are using/have used successfully?
This group is about helping you to further your understanding of some ADHD traits that commonly make life a bit more of a challenge, like Procrastination, with a focus on coaching, discussion and sharing strategies to help you overcome your barriers to a fulfilling life, and make forward progress.
You'll learn about tapping into your strengths, ways to improve your quality of life and enhance your outlook.
You'll discover you are even more resourceful than you realised, and that when you're feeling overwhelmed there are many things you can do to help yourself.
You'll realise that your brain and nervous system have different modes, and discover ways to help you transition smoothly from one mode to another i.e. from zoned out to alert and ready to focus.
We'll be putting some of the Executive Functions involved in ADHD under the spotlight, and hearing from group participants what you are experiencing in your daily lives.
What difference would it make if you could really get to know yourself and your ADHD, feel confident that you are making the most of your potential, and calmly get on with enjoying life?
In this group
You'll be able to talk about what you're experiencing without feeling bad or being judged negatively.
You'll have the support of others who have experiences similar to your own, and gain new perspectives.
You'll get to feel more confident about having ADHD and what it means for you personally.
You'll discover strengths, tools and techniques you can draw on and when to use them.
You will be able to understand yourself better and accept yourself and your valuable differences.
This is what you will get when you join us:
These sessions will contain an introduction to the weekly topics with plenty of time for coaching questions and group sharing. If participants are up for some "hot-seat" coaching on a topic they are struggling with we can work this into the time we have together. These coaching sessions will take place on the Zoom platform.
Thought provoking questions to journal on, articles, books, slides etc. Designed to help you think about aspects of ADHD and expand your understanding of your own experiences in particular and help you to thrive.
These will be collected together in the private portal where you can access them at any time.
You will have access to a private portal which holds all the information and logistics relating to the group.
Simply log in to find all the modules and sessions.
The expertise of not just one, but 2 experienced and qualified ADHD coaches.
Within this you will have access to the experience that only comes from speaking with and coaching multiple people with ADHD over the years.
Group sessions will be recorded and the recording added to the shared portal after each session. Recordings will be securely stored in the members portal, and you will have continued access for at least 12 months after the end of the group.
For those who would like some additional support in the form of a body double session. These will be scheduled in at various times to provide support to the maximum number of participants.

We look forward to meeting you, sharing our knowledge and coaching you!
Hi, I'm ADHD coach Anna Schlapp, Professional Certified ADHD Coach, and creator of workshops and courses about topics relating to ADHD. I've been coaching people with ADD/ADHD for the past 11 years.
Over the years I've noticed that my clients have many talents and strengths, however they aren't always aware of them or able to use them to their advantage while facing struggles in their lives.
I want to help others understand themselves and their own brand of ADHD better as I believe this is a great first step on the journey towards self-acceptance and empowering ourselves. I created this group for people who want to understand more, make some changes in their lives, and enjoy life to the max!
I look forward to welcoming you on this fascinating journey of self-discovery!

FAQs
What if I don't have an ADHD diagnosis, can I still join the group?
Yes of course you can! We all had lives before diagnosis, after all (at least I've not yet come across someone who was diagnosed whilst still in the womb!) To join this group you will either feel you may have ADHD yourself, or have family members or people important to you whom you think may have ADHD and you'd like to find out more to be better placed to help and support them. The content of the group will be geared towards those with ADHD, however others will still be able to benefit from the information and participating in the group.
What if I can't make some of the sessions, can I still join the group?
Yes, all the group sessions will be recorded and the recordings will be available in the private members portal for you to access as they become available.
Obviously you won't get the same experience as you would if you attend live, but you can still benefit from access to the session recordings and other resources, like the body doubling sessions.
You will also have access to the other resources and downloads in the portal, so you won't miss a thing.
