I'm a singer/songwriter with a professional and educational background in public relations and marketing.
History:
I've been performing and touring since 2012! I perform as a duo with my husband. I sing and play guitar while he does percussion. We have been regularly touring since we began pursuing music professionally. We've lived in Charlotte, NC; Nashville, TN; Houston, TX; and currently reside in the Ozark Mountains.
Educational and Professional Background:
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and have worked in various industries for over a decade as a marketing professional. My approach to building a music career has been through this lens which has helped me effectively create marketing strategies to reach my ideal fans.
Music Career:
As a singer/songwriter I provide a paired down entertainment style which works well for wineries, listening rooms, house concerts, colleges, and private functions. I have created a niche for myself both in the types of music I provide and audiences I cater to. I am currently a full-time musician with multiple streams of income from my music as well as other artistic endeavors including music career coaching and providing editorial content on The Crafty Musician Blog.
