The Experience
Therapeutic Workshops
Life-transforming practices and activities designed to: access deeper layers of your shadow and light aspects, meet and reclaim your inner child, find your authentic voice and embrace the powerful wise woman you are meant to be!
Creative Expression
We will incorporate a plethora of ideas to help you tap into creativity, including therapeutic writing, poetry readings, chanting, expressive arts and more, to awaken the creative spirit inside you. You will take home your very own nature-based work of love. No prior artistic experience necessary
Transformational Breathwork
We will teach and guide you through breathwork practices to facilitate the release of stored emotions and energetic blockages.
Hot/Cold Exposure
We will support you to challenge yourself through transitioning between cold water immersion and heat exposure; supporting recovery, harnessing presence, releasing toxins and strengthening the nervous system.
Meditation
Daily restorative guided meditations and visualisations that will increase somatic receptivity, set the tone for our day, ground you through workshops and induce peaceful sleep. No previous meditation experience required!
Fire
The ancestral power of fire speaks directly to our eternal souls. Fire circle gatherings allow us to share, meditate, sip and prepare for restful sleep.
Music & Dance
Curated soundtracks selected to invoke therapeutic expression and celebrate our bodies through rhythm and dance. Ignite a sense of joy and fun through movement and flow, and an ecstatic dance party which will light up your soul – you know she’s bursting to shine!
Ceremony
We fully believe in the power of ceremony, in being held and witnessed within the collective. Opening and farewell ceremonies bring women together in connection, to lift and celebrate each other’s learning and growth in all its messy, beautiful glory.
Ceremony means honouring ourselves; mind, body and soul and we will accentuate this by flowing through our day in unison, honouring circadian rhythms, nourishment of our body and mindful eating practices of lovingly chosen and collectively prepared and shared meals.
Our intense full moon in Sagittarius opening night will be a powerful start to this awakening journey
Integration
Although this will be a jam-packed retreat, structured to guide you from morning to evening, we have incorporated opportunities for you to enjoy the wood-fired sauna, plunge pool or take a quiet walk amidst the trees and birds to reflect on and integrate your learnings and experiences across the days.

Meet Kelly & Kylie
Hello Beautiful Woman!
We don’t expect you to show up polished, and so we present to you the unfiltered Kylie (left) and Kelly (right), authentically ourselves, without styling and not even shoes! That said, we are both professional therapists with a couple of decades of practice between us. And we are ecstatic to bring our collective wisdom to you over a 3-day immersion in self, love, laughter and connection.
Working with you will be our privilege, and we want you to know that we have been through our own challenges.
Kylie
Leaving domestic violence and finding herself a single mum with a 1-year-old at the barely-adult age of 25, Kylie is a true sur-thriver who is passionate about helping people find post-traumatic growth in their lives. More recently, Kylie navigated a serious cancer diagnosis and surgery, remaining empowered through the process to make choices from a place of personal integrity whilst navigating through intense fear and anxiety.
Kylie has three distinct counselling qualifications (did someone say passionate?), including a Master of Counselling and works both in private practice as a therapist, clinical supervisor and facilitator of workshops and trainings. Kylie draws strongly from experiential, narrative and trauma-informed modalities. With a keen interest in holistic health and a dedicated Iyengar yoga practice, Kylie nurtures herself - body, mind, heart and soul – and will inspire you to do the same!
Kelly
Kelly is solo parent to two vibrant, creative & energetic beings (7&5). Navigating the lessons & gifts of motherhood on a journey of evolution and growth; understanding and accepting early experiences, softening into femininity, healing from abusive relationships and ending the cycle of generational trauma.
With a Masters in Psychotherapy, Kelly's career has spanned community & in-patient mental health settings, government & non government organisations, primary health and most recently private practice where Kelly strives to blend traditional counselling modalities with somatic & spiritual practices - recently becoming a Certified Breathwork Practitioner.
Breathwork & meditation and the opportunity for stillness that they create are essential parts of Kelly's daily practices, ever supporting a focus away from the head and into the heart. Kelly is passionate about showing up as her authentic self and hopes to inspire you to do the same.
