This read along experience has been designed to introduce you to the first sub section of each chapter of This Is My Roar, with the occasional bonus narration from the author.
I have a vision to share with my audience, the knowledge and understanding of how stress influences our body, mind and soul. I am so passionate about supporting my followers, readers, and audience to learn how to unpack their challenges in life.
In this book, I explore various and simple ways you can introduce stress circuit breakers into your life. These are all tools you can incorporate into daily life before, during or after exploring external therapy.
I want you to find your roar like I did, so think of this as an invitation to join me reading parts of the book together!
