Jessica helps support women to have pain-free periods and increased body autonomy.Jessica has run her online clinic since 2019, after graduating with a bachelor’s in naturopathic and herbal medicine, deepening her knowledge and skills in areas of nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle changes to support hormonal health.
Jessica organises the annual Naturopathic Medicine Week New Zealand week-long event, and actively participates in the promotion of naturopathy in New Zealand. Jessica runs the North Shore NMHNZ peer support group, where she actively educates, challenges, and is inspired by her peers.
Jessica runs a bi-annual whole-food cleanse challenge to support her clients through the changes of seasons. Jessica is to-the-point, empathetic, and a great listener. She knows what it is like to start learning about your hormonal health and can guide you through the process.
