Pursing your Greatest Imaginable Challenge.
Guided by purpose and values, and the realisation that we are all only as fulfilled as our most recent greatest imaginable challenge. I use these principles, along with strengths-based development, as the cornerstones of my coaching for both individuals and businesses.
Think of a Greatest Imaginable Challenge as a goal or intention
to be experienced over a long period of time, perhaps a
lifetime. Consider the pursuit of it as the goal itself. It represents
your personal Mount Everest, to be climbed from base camp to
summit, and perhaps beyond, experiencing and relishing every
milestone along the way. This, really, is what we are on earth to
do. To think up audacious, awe-inspiring challenges, and to go
out and meet them head on. Some will be highly visible; others
will be subtle, slow-growth movements. We all have the seeds of
a GIC (or two!) inside us.

Chris’s words and teachings are legitimised by the journey he has navigated to mean them. He is his and this book’s lived truth. Through tragedy and love, chaos and clarity, upheaval and centre, Chris has developed his teachings to a profound level of understanding. I recommend this book to anyone looking for any semblance of clarity in any area of their life.
Drawing on his own past experiences and client examples, Chris easily steps you through a no-pressure framework for answering those bigger ‘why’s’ you may have. With thought-provoking questions and references, you realise that there is no right or wrong to this important step to achieving fulfilment, just you. You are able to walk away with a clearer vision of your individual journey, why, purpose and values.
I have read your book thoroughly and enjoyed it very much. I found some of the questions were deceptively simple! They looked very easy, but to answer them comprehensively required a great deal of effort and honesty. I am still pondering on some of them! I take it to mean that these are the questions that are most important to me and I will keep working on the answers.
