I'm Laura Linklater
I am a cycle breaker parent mentor. I support parents and carers to heal their own wounds from their tough childhood and learn skills so that they can move forward and lead their family with love.
Deactivating those hurtful triggers to snap reactions (shouting, aggression, shutting down, using punishment) means that parents are able to respond to their children's behaviour from a place of respect and calm, not react from a place of their own hurt. It is a wonderful process that I am privileged to walk alongside parents the world over.
