Misty launched Fearfully Made Ministries in 2011, which began with a focus for teen girls to know their identity comes from Christ alone. Over the years her ministry has branched into the areas of women, marriage, and blended families.
She is the author of various books and studies, including a children's book she co-created with her daughter.
Misty taught high school for 15 years and has been a part of ministry leadership since 2000. She is currently attending seminary to obtain a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy with the hopes of obtaining MFT and LPC licenses.
