About Sam

Samantha has been in martial arts since the age og 7, practicing in Kenpo, Taekwondo, Eskrima, Jiu Jitsu, and Krav Maga. Receiving her 1st Degree Black Belt in 2009 in Taekwondo. She took this knowledge and years of training to help woemn learn how to defend themselves. With her background not only in martial arts but in Kinesiology. She went on to become a personal trainer, yoga instructor, Lagree Fitness instructor, and a specialist in fitness nutrition. Bringing you a knowledgeable experience of fitness background to applying her self defense in abusive situations. Her purpose is to help women empower themselves through martial arts to live a kick ass life, activating their inner warrior.
