OFFICIAL RULES

KTSU 90.9FM and The Vibe Houston is the sponsor of this Giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY:

Anyone 18 years of age or older and in the United States can enter the Giveaway except employees of Texas Southern University or KTSU and its related organizations, their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER:

No purchase or pledge necessary. Entries to the Giveaway may also be made by responding calling the KTSU Customer Service Department at 713-313-1909 or through the website at ktsuradio.com during the following entry period:

Between the hours of 12:00AM on August 25, 2023 - 10:00AM on September 22, 2023 Central Standard Time.

PRIZE DRAWING AND PRIZING:

Following close of the entry period, one winners will be chosen from the drawing. The winners will receive the following:

Pair of tickets to the Beyonce’ – Renaissance World Tour on Sunday, August 24, 2023 in Houston, TX.

Total Value: $700

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER:

One winning name for the drawing will be selected by random no later than 9/22/2023. Winner will be sent notification via telephone or email no later than 9/22/2023. If the winner is unable to collect their prize or does not respond to the notification within 24 hours the unawarded prize may, at KTSU’s discretion, select another name (subject to the same response time requirement). The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entrants. The winners’ names will be kept on file at KTSU and will be available by writing to KTSU 90.9FM, 3100 Cleburne St., Houston, TX 77004.

GENERAL:

Limit one (1) entry per person; duplicate or incomplete entries and entries that do not comply with these Official Rules will be will be disqualified. No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. KTSU is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or invalid entries, or for technical or administrative issues. An entry is deemed “received” when, as applicable, it is recorded by KTSU’s servers or at the end time of an eligible call to the WNYC customer service line. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by KTSU.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to these Official Rules, and that KTSU 90.9FM / Texas Southern University, its agents and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their use of the prize or their participation in the giveaway. Prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize. KTSU may use winners’ names for publicity purposes without further compensation. Taxes and expenses as a result of winning this prize are the responsibility of the winners. Winners may receive a 1099 with the above stated value in accordance with applicable law.

RESTRICTIONS:

Restrictions may apply. Each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of KTSU with respect to the administration of the giveaway and the choice of winners. One entry per person. Multiple entries and not allowed and will not increase the chances of winning.
