We are Lindsay (the tall one) and Sudduf (the not-as-tall one). We are business best friends, also known as Biz BFFs! We have been going live every week on instagram to share our business tips and answer your burning biz questions.

We will complete a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses in all aspects of your business.
CORE VALUES
We will help you formulate a clear and concise value proposition that will be the foundation of your business.
IDEAL CLIENTS
We will take a deep dive into who your ideal client or customer is and how to reach them time and time again.
SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY
We will create a social media strategy that will get you top notch engagement and growth. Our areas of focus will be Instagram and Facebook. Want to know how to use instagram stories and live to grow your biz? We're on it!
GOAL SETTING
We promise to get you out of your comfort zone and make you set some super high, yet achievable, goals! We'll work on a marketing plan to achieve each of your goals, and we'll also set a time frame. This is also where you'll choose your accountability partner!
TECH + TOOLS
We will introduce you to our favourite platforms and tools that we have tried and tested for business growth. This includes Pinterest, Email Marketing and Social Media apps. Get ready for the inside scoop on how we do what we do!

A Full Day - No Interruptions, All Inspiration
We have a whole day booked so it gives us lots of time to teach but also lots of time for you to work on your business. We want you to leave our workshop ready to go with a marketing plan and strategy in hand. We will even have a spare hour at the end for you to stay and work if you choose to!
As mothers, we both know how busy life gets and how hard it can be to get meaningful work done. Our goal with the Biz BFFs workshop is to not only guide you as you make plans for your growing business but also give you the TIME to work on it. Right then and there.
The BEST part of the workshop and the very essence of Biz BFFs is the other women in the room with you. Amazing friendships and collaborations are born in settings just like this. We believe in collaboration over competition and you can bet this workshop will exude just that!

Lindsay is a social media strategist and business coach based in Kelowna, BC. Her background as an entrepreneur has taught her many skills that help other #girlbosses with marketing their businesses online. Through her business Lindsay & Co. she has helped countless businesses discover their goals and create plans to make those goals a reality.
She loves email marketing more than one ought to and spends too much time on Pinterest.
You will find her on her days off with her daughter eating artisan ice cream and looking for the best coffee in Kelowna.

About Sudduf
Sudduf is a serial entrepreneur, mom of triplets, and overall, #bosslady. She's the creative mind behind the world-reknown Salam Shop, a hub for creative products for #coolmuslims. She loves helping passionate business owners take their idea and turn it into a profitable business.
Sudduf has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. She's currently working as an influencer and business coach at Salam Sudduf.
When she's not being a boss, you'll find Sudduf playing peek-a-boo with her babies, with a Starbucks in hand.

Make Lemonade is a Toronto workspace for women located in the heart of downtown. Members enjoy a feminine environment surrounded by like-minded female entrepreneurs with all the amenities of a traditional office.
We will be meeting in the Jungle Room, a bright and stylish space that will have you feeling productive and inspired.
