• What is the Bold Message: Bigger Platform programme?
  It’s a hybrid coaching/training programme to help you elevate your voice and amplify your message.  
  
• Who is the programme for?
  It has been specifically designed for people who will be speaking at least more than twice in 2024 and who want to invest time and effort into establishing themselves as the Go-To person in their field. It is also aimed at people who want to elevate their public speaking skills beyond competent and confident to exceptional and inspirational.
  
• What are the benefits of joining the programme?
  You receive one to one coaching that is tailored to your needs, goals and the events and activities you are currently involved in. You have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other members of the programme and join an online working session for support and accountability. You have training input through videos and Away Day training and rehearsal sessions in front of an audience. Importantly, you receive direct and honest feedback throughout the course of the programme.
  
• What is the investment for the programme?
  The cost of the programme is £5500. This can be paid in full or as a part of a payment plan

  The programme leverages the three C’s process that has guided hundreds of thought leaders and speakers who have worked with Catherine over 15 years.

  C – establishing clarity of message so that speakers inspire, motivate, and establish credibility and gravitas (this is different to content)

  C – craft a talk that engages, speaks to the audience and is memorable (for all the right reasons) (this is sequencing content not downloading it)

  C – practice and feedback so the delivery is compelling, convincing and develops your personal style
  

• How will I improve my public speaking skills?
  In two ways: there are numerous opportunities for you to practice delivering and crafting your talks in one to one sessions, Away Days and online group sessions. Secondly, you can access unlimited feedback on your speaking throughout the programme.
  
• What is the format of the programme?
  The programme is a hybrid: a combination of one to one sessions organised to suit you, quarterly group sessions for you to join in and hold yourself accountable, training videos, Away Days where you have training in the morning and get to deliver in front of an audience in the afternoon (with feedback). You also get unlimited feedback for your work throughout the length of the programme.
  
• How much time will I need to commit to the programme?
  This isn’t a typical presentations skills programme.  As such, there is an expectation that you will book your sessions at least each month, attend the collaborative practice sessions and Away days in order to get the most from the programme. There is also an expectation that you will continue to work on your talk in between times and I am there to support you in that with the offer of unlimited feedback
  
• What is the mix of individual and group work?
  The main bulk of the programme is one to one. The group elements have been introduced so that you have support from others who are like minded, can practice in front of an audience and can add in an elements of accountability.
  
• What opportunities will I have to practice and receive feedback?
  Masses. Feedback and practice is fundamental to the programme.
  
• What can I expect to achieve by completing the programme?
  You will have delivered well crafted, impactful talks throughout the year. You will have a process that you can apply ongoing. You will have defined and refined a personal style of delivery that has impact and influence based on practice and feedback. You will have a library of crafted stories you can draw on in future talks.
