I call BS on "The Introvert Way" and according to my clients, I make being an introvert funny and manageable.
I'm a shameless neek (nerd+geek), fascinated by the human brain, lover of languages, speaker of a few, and proud aunt of two cheeky chipmunk nephews, who own me.

I’ve also trained, mentored and coached start-up and established senior directors and micro business owners, many of them introverted, and helped them embrace their introversion and make waves in the extravert world.

Q. How long is the 1:1 call?
A. Approx 90 mins
Q. Can I pay in another currency?
A. We can only accept payment in GBP at present.
Q. Why do I need to submit an application?
A. This helps with some background and context to your individual situation. We will of course have a chat on the call as well, in the meantime, this allows me to get a good idea of your situation and challenges.
Q. Is there a refund policy?
A. No. There’s no refund once the call is booked, the call has commenced or once the audit is done.
I offer only a few of these audits and am unable to reschedule your call.
A lot of prep work goes into each call (based on your application), so that you’ll get the most out of the session.
The only situation in which there is a refund is if after receiving your application, I feel that the diagnostic is not right for you, then I will cancel the call and issue you with a full refund.
Q. Will there be an upsell after the call?
A. Yes, but ONLY is you are the right fit for the offer, otherwise you won't even hear about it. If you are the right fit and you do hear about it, there will be no hard sell.
Q. If you feel that I am not the right fit for your upsell offer, is there anything you can offer me?
A. Yes, but again, only if you are the right fit for the other offers, if I feel it may benefit you, I will share the details with you.
Q. Will you share the details with me even if I am not the right fit so I can decide?
A. No. To maintain integrity towards my work, yourself, and to my wider audience, I will only inform you of an offer if I can see that you are a right fit.
