Will I experience detox symptoms and how long will they last? 
Most people will have symptoms for 3-5 days, depending on how reliant you are on sugar. Some people won’t experience any symptoms at all, and others will experience only cravings. It completely depends on your individual body. I provide  support and tips to help minimize the symptoms. 

I already did one of your 10-day Clean Eating Jumpstarts. How is this different? Can I benefit from doing this Sugar challenge ?
Absolutely! While we will incorporate clean eating, the challenge is primarily focused on sugar.  You will discover new information, strategies and recipes through email, posts and live streams on Facebook and 2 amazing bonuses. Each group program brings a new community and platform for sharing, fun, support and accountability. What will I eat?
The program is simple to follow and flexible. My goal is to make it as easy as possible for you. There is no set meal plan.
