I’ve worked with people in recovery from substance abuse or compulsive behavior, people developing their spirituality, women in midlife and sandwiched between the needs of their children and aging parents, people in the personal development community, and people in personal planning and goal setting helping them feel happier, lighter, and more free. What do I need for the class? You will need one copy of either The Joy of Appreciative Living book or Appreciative Living. Both books are available as e-books on Amazon if you are short on ordering time. It says “kindle edition” but it will work on any electronic edition. You will also need a computer ideally with a video camera, and an internet connection. I will provide an electronic journal for you to do your practices and take notes, but some people like to purchase their own journal for writing.
When does the program start & end? Classes begin Wednesday, November 3, 2021, and end Wednesday, November 24, 2021.
Where will the class be held? Via Zoom.
What if I miss a class? All classes will be recorded and you can listen later.

This Program Has Three Main Components:
#1. Weekly Online Class
Each week for 4 weeks you’ll join a small group of others to learn and share experiences. Class size is limited to make sure you get plenty of quality interaction and maximum benefit. These 90-minutes sessions will be highly interactive, and will be recorded in-case you should miss one.
#2. Comprehensive Workbook & Companion Journal
Each week you’ll get a detailed workbook with all the notes and key ideas for that week along with an electronic companion journal where you can do your exercises or take notes. Some use their own written journal instead, but this is available for those who prefer to journal electronically.
#3. Weekly Reading & Practices
You’ll have simple 10-15 minute daily practices that will help you create the life you want along with weekly reading to help understand how and why this works. You will be given clear written exercise instructions and templates so you know exactly what to do, how, and when each week.
