Join me for a summer of relaxation! Twice a week from June 16th-July 3rd, you'll get free access to yoga videos designed to help you find some relaxation and time for yourself this summer!
This series features a range of styles, from chair yoga to yin yoga and standing-only flows to restorative classes. Class lengths will vary as well, so you can find a relaxing yoga practice whether you only have 10 minutes or a whole afternoon!
