Hey there!! I'm an almost 2 year long member of Tinker's Cart Art and I love the membership and all the awsome things we paint! Our group is composed of people who have painted for years and total beginners. The membership is very reasonably priced, with a two live zooms where we paint live and two recorded paintings available to do as we choose. There's also 2 years of already painted tutorials avaliable anytime to use. All for less than one in person class!! There's no obligation to do a set number of classes and your free to stop at any time if you decide it's not your thing. I've always wanted to paint. Not only the paintings we do as a group but to come up with my own ideas and paint them!! I've enjoyed doing both here. Our Art teacher Cheryl is a very talented artist and instructor. Always ready to share her expertise and encouragement to help bring out the best in us as artists. We have painted animals, landscapes, flowers, beach scenes and Gnomes. I've painted on sneakers, a milk can, wine glasses, repurposed wooden plaques and figurines from the diy sections of target and dollar stores. I always look forward to the next thing we're gonna do. I have to say that I enjoy painting with Tinker's Cart Artists and absolutely love the whimsical art. I have learned a lot from Cheryl and I enjoy displaying my art in my studio at home. If someone says they like one, I give it to them. I know that I can always go back and repaint one by using the tutorial. I even donated one of my Tree of Life paintings to a non profit I am a part of. That was fun. I paint what I want, when I want, in the palette I choose, and learn a lot from Cheryl. My granddaughter was even so impressed when we painted from a replay that Cheryl greeted me and answered my question during the initial class. Fun!

I’ve been a member of the Tinker’s Cartist group for a couple of years now and love it! Cheryl is an excellent teacher, strong on technique, patient, kind, and often whimsical. She always encourages us to keep painting. Even when I’m discouraged and that encouragement always gets me out of any slump I may be in. I’ve learned a lot from Cheryl, including painting my pet portrait, one stroke techniques, and that I can paint on almost anything. Tinkers Cartists is by far one of the best online painting groups. Cheryl is not only a very talented artist but an excellent teacher. Her instructions are easy to follow and most paintings have a tracer. I love this group!
