‘Eating the rainbow’ is one of the very best things we can do for our health in general, and our digestive health in particular. Each colour comes with its own unique properties and by eating a little of each colour – from deep purples and pinks, through orange, red and yellow to green, brown and white – we can benefit from everything nature has to offer us.
