This is where it all begins with a truly transformative journey. I will support and guide you every step of the way, with this week being all about setting specific goals. You'll also identify your motivating factor (the big MOFA- I know, sounds kinda dirty huh) - the Why behind your Want, and choose specific anchors to remind and connect you to that motivation in the coaching process.
This week, we will spend a lot of time focusing on what your current habits are and identifying actions that align better with the goals you want to achieve. Remember, week 1 MOFA? Awareness is super important to moving forward, simply because it stops you from falling back into old habits. You'll learn how to train yourself so that you feel naturally drawn towards supportive activities- those which leave you feeling invigorated or inspired versus ones which leave you physically or emotionally drained (you don't want that).
This week, we are going to work on honoring our "yeses" and "nos." We'll cover what this means, why it is important, and how to practice it in between sessions. You will learn how to identify when you are chronically saying yes without making any progress on your own agenda. This week is your time of introspection and self-discovery.
This week, we're going to talk about how you can link pleasure with movement in the brain, so you feel motivated to follow through in ways that you haven't before. You'll learn what pleasure has to do with manifesting goals, and how it drives habit loops. Habits are built on what feels most pleasurable for us - which is why we always choose what. Feels. Good. We will also touch on your 90-Day Goals and motivating factors as well as last week's action steps and your progress so far.
This week, we'll be going over self-sabotage. The first type of sabotage is the behavior of friends, co-workers and colleagues; the second kind comes from your own inner rebellion. When you venture into this healthier lifestyle with goals in mind, others may make comments or rebel against it to make themselves feel better about their choices. Sometimes we feel guilty when people close to us rebel and so we put ourselves down on purpose just so they won't be threatened any longer by our new lifestyle choices!
This week we're going to go over something really fun and playful. When you experience self-sabotage, it can mean that you just need to be BAD. BAD is B = break free from your routine, A = act spontaneously, and D = do some fun crazy stuff! Fun and laughter are a key part of the transformational process. You have your own mechanisms in place to rebel that will come up when you are feeling pressured or don't like being told what to do. Some of these behaviors can be outdated, dysfunctional or self-destructive. You're going to learn how revise that into something positive. You'll also learn about nourishing yourself to satisfy those cravings for pleasure, relaxation, and sweetness in your life.
This week we are going to work on learning how to relax. Why is this important? Because success, in any area of your life, is about 25 percent of what you're doing, and 75 percent who you're being. The more stress you have, the less resources you have available within you. In order to reach the highest levels of success you can imagine for yourself; you need your body to be in good working order to continue thriving and moving forward. You'll learn the benefits of slowing down, and the consequences of not doing so. So your action steps this week will focus on slowing down.
This week is a time to dive deeper into the role that food plays in our lives and the drive behind wanting to eat. The purpose of healthy food is to provide you with energy and health. But we often get confused and turn to food to soothe areas of your life you are feeling dissatisfied with. Self-medicating with food can be a temporary fix, numbing the need you are trying to fill. You will learn how to differentiate between true hunger and the compulsion to eat to fill a want or desire. You'll discover how to use that body wisdom to nourish and fulfill the need that your body is expressing.
This week we're going to learn about gut intuition, and how you can tap into your personal power. Everyone has a gut intuition- and it's trusting what you know to be true in the moment. When you tap into this natural instinct, you'll discover ways of taking care of yourself like Ujayi breathing and connecting with that inner wisdom. With inner wisdom, those negative thoughts and old wounds will get healed over time. You channel new perspectives for yourself that frees you from limiting beliefs so you can grow from past experiences.
This week we are going to recognize the journey you have been on, which by now must have been one hell of a journey! It is so important to know where you began, and how far you've come. We'll take a look back at your past efforts and see how close they brought you closer to success-even if it's not as fast as you wanted! This week is perfect for honoring all of your hard work, reassessing what motivates you, and evaluating your baseline in order for change to happen!
This week we are going to discuss what's next in your personal journey. It is an exciting time, because you have come so far and accomplished so much. The natural question then becomes, "What's next?" The best way to figure this out is by working on your Life Inventory Exercise. We'll use this to identify your top three Magnificent Obsessions and really dig deep to find the meaning behind why you chose them and what achieving those goals will do for you. . .and the next, best steps for making that happen!
