    What will the From Chaos to Confident Eating 7 Day Challenge entail?

    For the next 7 days, you will receive an email from me and within this email I will be sharing some videos telling you a bit about my own story and how, as a Professional Life Coach and Nutritional Therapist, I can help you become a confident and calm eater. 

    Journalling is going to play a role in this challenge as I want you to really experience a 7 day adventure of self discovery. As you open my emails over this series, make sure to bring a pen and paper so you can put your thoughts and learning down on paper - Trust me, this is good for clarity and focus. 

    And I will also share some breathing exercises that will help you to find that inner calmness at times of overwhelm. 

    In the end you will leave with one small change that has the power to transform your life.
