Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The prize draw is organised by ChiliTri (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and EU/EEA countries, aged 18 or over, excluding employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and Holosport.
3. How to enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, participants must complete the official online entry form and provide a valid email address. By submitting the form, participants are subscribing to the ChiliTri SBRH newsletter and entering the prize draw. One entry per person.
4. Closing date
Entries must be received by 23:59 Central European Time on 30 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
5. Prize
One winner will receive one Holosport Heart Rate Monitor. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
6. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date. The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the closing date.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize delivery
The prize will be sent to the winner at the delivery address provided. Standard delivery costs will be covered by the Promoter. Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges arising in the winner's country of residence are the responsibility of the winner.
8. Newsletter and personal information
The email address provided will be used to administer the prize draw and, as stated at the point of entry, to send the ChiliTri SBRH newsletter. The newsletter may include training advice, triathlon information, training plans, products and other ChiliTri content. Recipients may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.
9. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated or otherwise do not comply with these terms.
10. Social media
This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X or any other social media platform used to promote it.
11. Changes and cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
12. Acceptance
By entering the prize draw, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
13. Prize supplier
The Holosport Heart Rate Monitor has been supplied to ChiliTri for promotional purposes.
