HALF TERM CHALLENGE

The biggest hurdle to feeling great in your body is your own head getting in the way.

Your head is saying YES but your actions say "NAH" or "TOMORROW" or "I'M TIRED".

The most overrated word used in health and wellness is MOTIVATION.

Actually the difference between someone who is happy, confident or comfortable in their skin and someone who isn't, is CONSISTENCY. Motivation requires high energy and is therefore fleeting. You can't rely on motivation.

This challenge is all about consistency. Consistency is where you see and feel REAL, lifelong results. Consistency comes from the the HEAD. We will be working on ways to make these changes long-lasting through consistency.

We will work together on FOCUS, INTENTION and PRECISION in your movement meaning you will cut through the fog, ignore the reasons not to do it and find some real results in just 20 minutes a day for 5 days.

How does it work?

Over the course of 5 days - 15th - 19th February - you will receive a daily video approximately 15 minutes in length, direct to your inbox at 6am (in case we have any early risers!)

On the Wednesday (17th) we will meet LIVE to go through the session together - recorded and emailed out if you can't make it.

The daily sessions are designed to keep you consistent. It's only 20 minutes making it totally achievable, you won't skip it, you won't forget, you don't even need to get changed, do it where you are standing. There are no excuses, and you'll feel amazing for committing!

Plus, if you, like so many of my members are struggling with brain fog, low motivation or inability to stay focused, these sessions are designed to use your brain, challenge your awareness, create great habits and spark a mind-body connection. AMAZING for cognitive function in everyone but especially as we age and hit midlife.

There is a diet element of this challenge, It's straightforward....

- You'll fast for 10-12 hours every day - proven to improve cognitive function and clarity.

- You'll eat protein at every meal - helping you to recover and build strength.

- You'll drink 1.5-2litres of water every day - keeping you hydrated, satiated and flexible!

You will receive joining instructions once registered, on or before midday on 13th February when doors for booking close.

Day1

Repeater

Focusing on some of my favourite exercises for full body toning we will be repeating them to really hone the technique and maximise the results.

Day2

Core

Did I mention we'd be trimming the waist? You'll feel great after this super charged belly tone. Working the whole area and finding ALL the core muscles!

Day3 LIVE

LIIT

Low impact but high intensity - or high INTENTION. Making every move count whilst raising the heart rate just a little! You can do this sessions with me LIVE.

Day4

Mobility

"It's just stretching, how hard can it be?" What if stretching could encourage you to stand taller and feel leaner? How about if stretching could allow you better access to the muscles you want to work and build? Let's all stretch out and stand tall!

Day5

EMOM

Every minute on the minute! You'll be shown your sequence, and we will repeat it every minute for 20 minutes. Rest happens when you finish your sequence. I love this one for overcoming the niggling doubts and powering through! A great place to finish!
