I grew up in South Africa with a British father and a Swiss mother. So I always felt like the odd one out, like I never quite fitted in anywhere.
Years of bullying, first at school and then in the workplace even after moving to the UK 23 years ago, eroded my confidence.
Until one day I realised that it was up to me to take control and make the changes that would enable me to find myself again.
I unlocked my confidence and discovered my life's purpose - to show introverts like you how to unlock your confidence.
So I became a certified Life, Confidence, Happiness and Goal Setting Coach and Public Speaking Mentor.
I created Confidence Conversation Corner to bring business owners together so you can collaborate on ideas, and make big changes in your life - both professional and personal.
