Meet Tara
Tara is a Kinesiologist and Yoga Teacher from Colchester in Essex. She helps women unlock the keys to listening to their body, making a positive difference to their work, relationships and peace of mind.
After seeing a Kinesiologist herself, Tara got to learn what her mind, body and energy needed to thrive. Helping her to attract healthier relationships and liberate herself from chronic anxiety.
When the opportunity came to retrain as a Kinesiologist in 2010, she jumped at it because she knew the powerful positive transformations that happen.
In 2020 Tara completed her Yoga Teacher Training and later, Trauma Informed Restorative Yoga. Yoga is an incredible practice to release stress and tension in the mind, body and energy.
Over the years in her thriving clinic, Tara’s began to specialise in helping her clients balance hormones, reduce anxiety and experience greater peace of mind.
