What is a Custom offer?

Custom offer is a special offer that the warehouse can prepare for you. A Custom offer can include:

✓ any service(s) that are not on the warehouse's existing pricelist

✓ you can negotiate the service and the price with the warehouse via chat

How to ask for a Custom offer?

1. USE CHAT TO NEGOTIATE THE TERMS

Contact the warehouse via chat and discuss what services will be done, at what price and in which time frame.

2. WAREHOUSE WILL CREATE A CUSTOM OFFER

Only warehouses have the option to create a custom offer. Their Custom offer will include the description of the services and the price they will want for those services.

3. YOU CONFIRM THE CUSTOM OFFER

After the warehouse creates a custom offer, you will receive an email. You have to confirm the custom offer via email or decline it if somethings needs to be changed.

You can find all the information about it inside the My bookings menu.

4. PAYMENT

After the custom offer is confirmed, you will receive an invoice for the services via email.

What can a custom offer include?

In short - ANYTHING.

We created the custom offer feature because we saw the need for customized requests between users and warehouses.

Of course there are endless services that can be included in the custom offer. :)
