Alison is a Level 3 Matwork Pilates instructor and dance teacher. She trained as a dancer and used Pilates to get her ‘pre-parent’ core strength and lust for life back on track after having her daughter and becoming a single mum.
She now specialises in supporting other parents to find their moments of escapism and prioritise themselves using her 20 years experience as a personal assistant streamlining the lives of busy professionals. She's currently topping up her general Pilates Instructor pre- and post-partum training with the L3 Pre and Post Natal Exercise qualification!
Alison loves dancing, walking and cycling - and feel happiest in nature! She created her Parent and Child wild walking groups to get other parents walking with her...secretly so she'd have company when out walking!
