I'm Alison, a Level 3 Matwork Pilates instructor with the L3 Pre and Post Natal Exercise qualification, Certified Nutrition Coach, and first wedding dance choreographer. I trained as a dancer and used Pilates to get my ‘pre-parent’ core strength and lust for life back on track after having my daughter and becoming a single mum.
I now specialise in supporting other parents to find their moments of escapism and prioritise themselves using my 20+ years experience as a personal assistant streamlining the lives of busy professionals.
I love dancing, walking and cycling - and feel happiest in nature! I created my Parent and Child wild walking groups to get other parents walking with me...secretly so I'd have company when out walking!
