DefensiveFit is not just our name but our program. Our training is influenced by multiple martial arts like Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Judo.

We believe no style, method or culture has all the answers. The goal is to build reflexes, movements and overall physical fitness in order to have a solid foundation. From day one you will be doing short intense workouts, hitting pads and learning to react to attacks in effective ways.
