I am passionate about supporting people who are interested in healing through food.

Since the early 20th Century, we have become a population of processed food and sugar addicts with little thought as to how our ancestors were able to live far healthier lives than we do today.
With rapidly increasing stats of cancer, autoimmune disease, diabetes, dementia and other chronic issues, now is the time to look at what we put onto our plates and into our mouths.

You will receive recipe handouts to take home, as well as other relevant information.
Bring your apron, together with a notebook and pen if you like to make notes - and prepare to have some fun!
Kate Jay is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and trained chef, specializing in gut health and autoimmune disease wellness. Having healed her thyroid disease and undiagnosed Rheumatoid Arthritis through food and lifestyle, she is passionate about helping people reach their own health goals in the same way.
Kate works one on one with clients both online and in Vancouver where she lives. She also runs group sugar detox programs.
