DIMAGRA is a food standardized by the Ministry of Health which aims at the loss of fat mass and the reduction of visceral fat. It consists in preferring protein foods and vegetables by limiting the intake of carbohydrates and sugars. The duration of the slimming process ranges from a minimum of 16 days to a maximum of 20 days, the time required for the loss of about 10% of body weight, and then ends with 10 days in which carbohydrates are reintroduced.

Products needed for the extra step: 3 Dimagra Protein, 1 Dimagra Xalifom, 1 Dimagra Dren.
BREAKFAST
Take 1 sachet of Dimagra Protein diluted in water or low-fat low-sugar and low-fat yogurt (e.g. Actimel 0.1%, Total Fage 0% or 2%,). Dilute 15 ml of Dimagra Dren in 2 liters of water, to drink during the day.
HALF MORNING
An hour before lunch, take 1 sachet of Dimagra Xalifom in a glass of water.
LUNCH
Take 1 sachet of Dimagra Protein (or 2 sachets for people over 1.70 m tall) in water or low-fat low-fat yogurt.
HALF AFTERNOON
Take 1 sachet of Xaliform dimagra in a glass of water.
DINNER
Take 2 sachets of Dimagra Protein diluted in water or in low-fat or low-sugar and fat-free yogurt.
Products needed for the intensive step: 3 Dimagra Protein, 1 Dimagra Xaliform, 1 Dimagra Dren.
BREAKFAST
Take 1 sachet of Dimagra Protein diluted in water at room temperature or in low-fat low-fat and low-fat yogurt (e.g. Actimel 0.1%, Total Fage 0% or 2%, Alpro white). Dilute 15 ml of Dimagra Dren in 2 liters of water, to drink during the day.

Lean meat (like beef, veal, rabbit, chicken breast, turkey breast) 200 g.
Or fish (anchovies, lobster, salmon, cod, stockfish, prawns, pike, cod, dogfish, turbot, sole, sea bass, grouper, red snapper, tuna, cuttlefish, squid) 250 g.
Or 2 chicken eggs. Or parmesan 80 g.
Or seitan and tempeh 120 g (use only low carbohydrate products, max 5 g per 100 g).
Or tofu 240 g (use only low carbohydrate products, maximum 1 g per 100 g of product).
Take 200/250 g of vegetables chosen from: agretti, broccoli, artichokes, thistles, cauliflowers, cucumbers, chicory, fennel, endive, curly salad, lettuce, aubergines, green peppers, radicchio, arugula, escarole, celery, spinach, savoy cabbage , zucchini.
HALF AFTERNOON
Take 1 sachet of dimagra Xaliform diluted in a glass of water, one hour before dinner.
DINNER
Take 2 sachets of Dimagra Protein or Dimagra Vegetal Protein diluted in water at room temperature or in low-fat or low-sugar and fat-free yogurt.
Take 200/250 g of vegetables chosen from: agretti, broccoli, artichokes, thistles, cauliflowers, cucumbers, chicory, fennel, endive, curly salad, lettuce, aubergines, green peppers, radicchio, arugula, escarole, celery, spinach, savoy cabbage , zucchini.
Products needed for the maintenance step: 1 Dimagra Protein, 1 Dimagra Dren.

Carbohydrates (pasta, rice, oats, spelled, millet etc) 80 g
Or Dried legumes (beans, lentils, chickpeas, soybeans) 80 g.
