From your own home, you will be cooking along with Laura - Dietitian In Your Kitchen! Learn to cook a new recipe together, the first time is the hardest. At the end of the event, plan to sit down to a delicious dinner for you and your family.
**If for some reason, you can't join us live, the event will be recorded and you can cook a long when you are ready.
