A FREE 30 minute one on one coaching with Rachel after the program!
Rachel is passionate about eating disorder prevention work from her training and experience in helping her clients in the community for over 5 years. She created this program to be more accessible to busy millennials struggling with food and body image concerns.
Rachel understands that many people are busy and that simple tips are needed to help improve their health. Often times people are focused on losing weight and are misinformed about the consequences of dieting. This includes disorder eating concerns such as food restrictions, binge/overeating, emotional eating, digestive concerns, lack of energy, and lack of self-trust & confidence.
Her goal is to empower people to understand the importance of sustainable changes.
Rachel knows there is a lack of support for food and body image concerns when working with a dietitian. She believes a supportive community program is needed to support and ongoing healthy relationship with food or prevent eating disorders.
Rachel integrates the practice of yoga as part of her approach to connect the mind, body and personal values. She continues to study the research and the benefits around yoga as a part of the healing journey toward food and body image changes.
You’re done with the diets, you want to regain control over what your body truly needs.
Join this supportive program to walk you through the tough cravings and tough situations!

What is Intuitive Eating?
Intuitive Eating is an evidence-based approach about trusting your inner body wisdom to make choices around food that feel good in your body. It consists of ten principles created by two dietitians, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch.
What if I never have done yoga?
Yoga has many definitions due its to complex history. In summary, it may be defined as a practice of various techniques (movement, breathing, study, meditation, etc. ) or lineages to find a connection to self and life.
Yoga allows us to be more aware of ourselves, potentials, and feel connected. A process of self-discovery which may lead to self-mastery and self-value.
The yoga practices in this program are accessible to all bodies and focus on inner awareness versus achieving yoga poses.
