Agree with your partner to keep the peace?
Do you have a hard time knowing how you feel when you're around a stronger personality?
Many highly sensitive people experience this. It's exhausting when you're constantly being bombarded by someone else's energy and you've lost sight of your own thoughts and feelings. This is especially challenging when it's your partner and you're taking on their feelings and emotions. The first step is to notice it's happening and recognize ways you can protect your energy and strengthen your energy boundaries.
It's possible free yourself from the weight of people's energy & and feel confident expressing yourself in your relationship.
