Is any ELT experience required?
No prior experience is required to take this course. However, we recommend showing up for yourself and being accountable for the professional goals and tasks you set for yourself.

Who will you learn with?
Guest trainer: Ken Wilson
Ken Wilson is an author and trainer. He has written about thirty ELT titles, including a dozen series of course books. His most recent course material includes Smart Choice, a four-level American English course for OUP. He also writes supplementary material, including sketches and songs. In 2008, OUP published Drama and Improvisation, a collection of more than sixty of his drama activities for teachers.
He has also written more than a hundred ELT radio and television programs, including fifty radio scripts for the BBC Follow Me series, thirty Look Ahead TV scripts, and a series of plays called Drama First. His most ambitious audio material is a series of ghost and voodoo stories he wrote for Max Hueber Verlag in Germany.
For many years, Ken was artistic director and sketch writer for the English Teaching Theatre, a company which toured the world performing stage-shows for learners of English. The ETT made more than 250 tours to 55 countries.
Guest trainer: Hugh Dellar
Hugh Dellar is a teacher and teacher trainer with over twenty five years’ experience in the field.
He is the co-founder of Lexical Lab, which provides English language and teacher training, and has given teacher training and development
sessions in more than 20 countries including Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Spain, Italy, Japan and Thailand.
He has spoken on such topics including the nature of English as a lingua franca, the uses and
abuses of corpora, approaches to teaching grammar and vocabulary, and many others.
Hugh is the co-author of a methodology book and a number of general English series with Andrew Walkley, including Outcomes, Innovations, and Roadmap B1+.

Guest trainer: Adriano Zanetti
𝗔𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 holds a degree in Letras, Post-grad in Portuguese and English Teaching Methodologies, COTE and DELTA.
He has been an educator for 32 years and worked in both private and public sectors in Brazil. He is currently an Academic Coordinator at FISK São João del Rei, a Public School Teacher in MG and a Teacher Trainer/Consultant at A2Z English.
He has presented several times in conferences held by ABCI, LABCI and BRAZ-TESOL.
He has experience in Applied Linguistics focusing on Phonology and his interests range from Teacher’s Mental Health to Literature, APPD, TALL (Technology Assisted Language Learning), NLP, Neuro-psychopedagoy (post-grad in progress).
Guest Trainer: Patricia Laura Arbona
Patricia Laura Arbona graduated as a teacher of English at Instituto Superior de Formación Docente nº 127 “Ciudad del Acuerdo” in San Nicolás, Buenos Aires, Argentina. She holds a postgraduate language and phonology degree from UBA. She has got a vast experience in TEFL as a teacher, trainer and drama teacher. She has contributed articles to academic journals and has given lectures on drama, pronunciation, discourse analysis and current education issues in both English and Spanish. As an independent researcher she has special expertise in active learning and paralinguistics, and has done experimental work in Argentina, the USA and Europe. She is the founder of LudoDrama, a group of teachers whose main concern is to transform the art of teaching.
Guest Trainer: Mykhailo Dubyna
Mykhailo has been a teacher for twelve years already.
He is CELTA and Delta (M2) certified and has taken part in various conferences, IATEFL Ukraine, SOVA, and TESOL Ukraine to name a few.
He has also participated in international teacher training programs in the UK and has worked as a teacher trainer since 2018.
Mykhailo's area of expertise is formal language tests, such as IELTS, TOEFL, C1 Advanced, C2 Proficiency, PTE, and GRE. He has developed several exams training programs for a number of language schools in Ukraine. As well as this, Mykhailo is focused on teaching writing for academic and business purposes. An avid supporter of principled eclecticism, Mykhailo always tries to be flexible and effective.
Main Teacher Trainer : Yana Kozachenko
Yana is a founder of the EVER Group of Companies created to provide multi-pronged language services in Ukraine (EverEnglish, EverSpanish, EverTeach Training Centre, EverTranslation). She is a CELTA/DELTA (M2) certified language instructor. Yana is an author of the course "English for Leaders" in partnership with the Ukrainian Leadership Academy and DoS of English at ULA. She is the author of "Anglokonstruktor", a handbook of interactive grammar. She was a participant of ELT IH Barcelona ELT conference on February 7-8, 2020, a speaker at CAMP LEAD, EdCamp Ukraine, IATEFL Ukraine Conference, etc. In 2021, Yana launched a YouTube channel #мета_мільйон created particularly for the Ukrainian audience to raise awareness of the importance of learning English through edutainment.
Main Teacher Trainer: Kristina Honcharenko
Kristina is a teacher (CELTA and Delta certified) and a teacher trainer. She's been teaching for more than 12 years. Kristina used to be a DoS at one of the most popular schools in Kyiv. Now she's more than proud to be the DoS at EverEnglish and the head of EverTeach project. She has taken part in a number of ELT Conferences (both international and Ukrainian ones). One of her favourite ones has been an annual IH conference in Barcelona. Kristina's motto is 'teaching is sharing', meaning it's all about knowledge and energy exchange with learners and with teachers as well. Kristina is a huge fan of Dogme approach and is happy to be keeping in touch with its author Scott Thornbury.
Main Teacher Trainer: Eva Tatarova
Eva has been a teacher of English for 25 years, for most of that time in Ukraine. She has taught in government schools and colleges in Ukraine and wasa director of a private language school for 5 years. She has been a teacher trainer since 2015 in public and private education and has run workshops for teachers in Ukraine, Azerbaijan Georgia, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. She is a TESOL tutor and a local tutor.
Eva is a co-organizer of the annual International TESOL/TEFL Conference ‘Teaching English Globally’ in Ukraine, as well as the online educational marathon ‘Teacher’s Voice: Let Your Voice Be Heard’. Currently, she serves as a coordinator of international projects at Azerbaijani Teacher Professional Development Centre SR Teaching&Learning and runs the 'Tatarova Lab' education consultant agency in Sweden.
